GSWRC Ordering Instructions

Please read the following information before searching the official products pages or placing an order from the Council Shop.

We, at the Council shop, are committed to help you find the merchandise you need and make the purchasing process as simple as possible.  Please note, however,  that the shop pages are NOT an online catalog.  You cannot order from these pages.  The information contained on these pages is intended to expedite your ordering process.  Instructions for each of these are below.  Not all products available in the shop will be featured on the site, so please check with us if there is something you want that you do not see.  There is an order form ready to download at the bottom of the page.  Please use this to organize information no matter which method of purchase you use.  Larger orders (over 10 items) should be purchased either in the shop or through the mail.

Methods of Purchase:

In-Store Purchase:  Come in and browse our selection in any of the shops (Lexington, Erlanger, Ashland, or London).  We will help you find anything you need and provide assistance or answer questions.  If we do not have what you are looking for in stock, we will gladly order it for you.   We accept cash, checks, cookie dough, VISA and MasterCard.

Phone Orders:  You are welcome to call us to place an order with your VISA or MasterCard ONLY.   Please have all the information ready including: the SKU #, description and quantity of your order.  Phone orders are limited to 10 items or less.  You are responsible for the shipping and handling charge.  This charge is 10% of your total order with a minimum of $3.50 and a maximum of $10.00.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Our numbers are 859-293-2621 and 800-475-2621 for the Lexington Shop, 606-878-8535 for the London Shop and 606-325-2111 for the Ashland Shop.  Phone orders will not be accepted on sale days.

Mail-In Orders:  Please download and print our order form or pick one up when visiting a service center.   Please print all information on the form.  You are responsible for shipping and handling on all mail orders as above.  Shipping is 10% of your total order with a minimum of $3.50 and a maximum of $10.00. For mail orders, we accept checks, money orders, cookie dough, VISA and MasterCard.  Please do not send cash through the mail.   Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Online Orders:  We have a online order form now available.  This is not a shopping cart service or an online store, it is just a way to fill out the same form that is available for download.  Please fill out this form, and click submit.  Your order will be emailed to our Shop Manager, who will contact you if there is a problem with your information.  Click here to use the online order form.

 Please note that we will not hold merchandise unless it has been paid for.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of order if it is to be mailed.  For large orders or large quantities of an item, everything may not be in stock.  Order 3 or 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Back Orders:  will be sent to you with no shipping and handling charges if an item is out of stock.  Usual delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.  If you do not hear anything in that time, please call your Shop Manager.

Special Order Items such as items from the catalog not carried in the shop or personalized items, can be ordered through the Shop Manager.  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks.  The items must be paid for at time of order.

Return Policy: 
Returns and Exchanges MUST BE MADE WITHIN  60 DAYS OF PURCHASE.   A Full Refund will be given with receipt only. 
Returns and exchanges will be made only: on current merchandise, on unused, clean undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging.  No returns or exchanges on:  year dated patches or event patches, open software, defective software will be exchanged for same title only.  If you don’t have a receipt, you may exchange or receive store credit.  A store credit is good for 90 days.  If you purchase items with Cookie Dough, you may exchange or receive a store credit.  NO CASH OR COOKIE DOUGH WILL BE GIVEN. We are unable to refund or exchange discontinued items.  Returns are subject to Shop Manager’s approval.
