Volunteers Needed to Place Wreaths on Soldier’s Graves
Wreaths Across America will be placing donated holiday wreaths on
veterans’ graves at Camp Nelson National Cemetery on December 15. They
would like Girl Scout volunteers to help place the wreaths. People who are
interested should email
juliecurry@bellsouth.net
with troop number and number of volunteers. Volunteers will meet at Noon
at the central flag pole in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
"Our mission is to
remember the fallen, honor those who serve and teach our children the
value of freedom," said Karen Worcester, Wreaths Across America executive
director.
